Climbing for over 25 years and still remain fascinated by every aspect of the sport. The variety and complexity of movement, the mental challenge of stepping outside my comfort zone, the physical benefits, and the opportunity to travel the world and explore new cultures make climbing not just a sport, but a lifestyle, a way to relax, and also a profession.
I started climbing near my hometown in the mountains of Olympus, Greece, at the age of 15. When I began my sports studies, I shifted my focus to sport climbing and bouldering, pushing my limits. I traveled extensively and climbed on many continents and countries such as Argentina, India, and South Africa, though my main playground has always been Central Europe. Alongside my travels, I worked in various climbing gyms, setting routes and teaching climbing to a wide range of people—from young children to motivated athletes, families, friends, and people with kinetic limitations.
