For more than 20 years, climbing has been one of the biggest passions in my life — and that passion continues to grow every day. I love every aspect of climbing: climbing myself, coaching, route setting, teaching, traveling, learning, and sharing experiences with other climbers. Even after all these years, I still talk about climbing with the same excitement and curiosity that first drew me to the wall.
I believe the way somebody climbs often reflects the way they live. Climbing is deeply connected to life — it challenges us physically and mentally, teaches us how to trust ourselves and others, and pushes us to make decisions under pressure. It is about confidence, responsibility, perseverance, and connection. Sometimes you are literally holding someone’s life in your hands, and through climbing I try to help people develop not only stronger bodies, but also stronger character and mindset.
I work with climbers of all levels — from kids and complete beginners discovering climbing for the first time, to intermediate climbers feeling stuck on a plateau, and performance-focused athletes aiming for their next breakthrough.
My coaching sessions are supportive, motivating, and focused on real progress. Every climber is different, which is why I adapt each lesson to the individual’s level, goals, and learning style.
Whether you are trying climbing for the first time or working toward your next project, I would love to help you on your journey.
